Ellens Equipment offers parts after 5:00pm by calling our after hours parts line. Calling the parts line will connect you directly to a parts salesman to help get you the parts you need immediately!
To utilize the after hours parts service, there is a flat $100 fee.
Parts Orders Are Placed:
- Regular orders placed by 3:30pm could be received on the 2nd business day at no additional charge
- Emergency orders placed by noon could be received the following business day and may incur additional charges
- Orders for non-stock items may incur shipping and handling fees. Other restrictions may apply.
Parts Returns:
- All goods must be returned within 15 days, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
- All goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Kits and special order parts are non-refundable.
- All goods must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Purchaser is always responsible for shipping.
